Our two office buildings offer a range of office spaces available for long-term lease, along with fully equipped meeting rooms that can be hired for everything from small meetings to large corporate events.

The Gallery, designed by SCOB architecture and landscape studio, is an impressive two-storey glass building inspired by the silhouette of a large superyacht. The Gallery rises from the sea, and includes a cement coating designed specifically for the marina which protects the building and makes it adaptable to temperature changes.

A triangular-shaped, fully glass-fronted building that offers rental office spaces for companies within the marine sector. Tower Building contains private office spaces for hire, which enjoy unrivalled 360° views over the Port of Barcelona and abundant natural light.

From our spacious function room, which comfortably accommodates up to XX guests, to our boardroom for up to 20 attendees and private consultation rooms for up to four people, we offer a selection of well-appointed meeting spaces to suit every occasion. Each room is equipped with the latest conferencing technology and is located within our newly refurbished business hub.

In the tower

The Tower is a dedicated office building located at the southern end of the marina, with its own private entrance. Its distinctive architecture provides impressive panoramic views across the marina, while expansive glazing fills the workspaces with an abundance of natural light.
